Description:
The Highway Department is run by an elected Highway Superintendent with legally defined jurisdiction according to New York State Town Law.  The Highway Department is responsible for snow removal, repair, maintenance and replacement of all town roads, shoulders, bridges, culverts and road right-of-ways.
