The July 18, 2011 meeting was called to order by Chairperson C. DePasquale at 7:00pm in the Code Enforcement Office. All members present. Also present were three town officials and two community residents. It was moved by R. Brennan and seconded by S. Chiappone to approve the minutes of the May 16, 2011 meeting. All members voting aye. Motion carried.
It was moved by P. Drmacich and seconded by J. Berner to approve and complete an Environmental Assessment Form for State Environmental Quality Review pertaining to the minor subdivision of Jonathan Bevilacqua in Sunset Bay. Roll call vote was taken. All members voting aye. Motion carried.
The Planning Board unanimously recommends that the Town Board act quickly and decisively with respect to the illegal subdivision of property on Shore Dr. in Hanford Bay.
It was moved by P. Drmacich and seconded by R. Brennan to adjourn. All members voting aye. Motion carried.
