The Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Tampio at 7:00pm in the Town Supervisors Office. All members present except E. Sager. Old discussion topics as updated by Supervisor Tampio included: applications for the position of part-time clerk in the Code Enforcement Office are being reviewed by the Town Board; The Storm Water Management Committee is now under the the facilitation of Councilman Kevin O'Connell; At a recent meeting with Congressman Brian Higgins staff, Supervisor Tampio and Councilman O'Connell discussed: ongoing discussions with CSX regarding Bay area evacuation plans, possible funding for the Parsons Pond reconstruction project, and the proposed offshore wind energy project. New discussion topics: M. Boutet: an update of the Bay Area Evacuation Plan. M. Boutet expressed her disappointment concerning the lack of progress and communication with the Town Board since they received the evacuatin report and recommendations of the Committee. The following action was taken by the Advisory Committee: a letter was drafted, reviewed and accepted by CAC members to submit to the town Board topic recommendations for consideration.
