TOWN WIDE DOG CENSUS IN PROCESS

Summary:

The Town of Hanover is conducting a town-wide dog census that began July 11, 2011.  Dog Control Officer Wally Baker will be going door to door to count dogs.  If a dog is found to be unlicensed according to the records in the Town Clerk's office, the owner will be required to obtain a license.  The surcharge for an unlicensed dog is $5 per dog in addition to the licensing fees of $5 for each spayed or neutered dog or $15 for each unspayed or unneutered dog.
